Your data, be it hand-written or printed will be entered live and directly onto your 3EX.NET system, enabling us to deliver the highest levels of data quality with quick turnaround time; auto addressing and credit card authorisation being just a simple and efficient part of the process.
Data security and confidentiality is obviously important; your data is kept securely onsite for a period of 3 months. Once this time has expired it is handled securely and destroyed on-site by a third party professional shredding company.

Inbound Postal
- Daily post is received and batched. It is then counted, recorded onto a Spreadsheet which can then be emailed to you on a daily basis to allow you to view the workload that has been received that day.
- Jobs are then placed into allocated trays in batch order. The Operator then inputs the information directly onto your 3EX.NET system; you are able to securely view this information live. Using a batch header for details the work is put into a tray of completed work and any queries are handed to your Customer Service person to be resolved.
- Once the work is completed our Admin Department reconciles cheques against system reports and makes any changes that may be required. They then complete banking documentation and physically deposit your cheques at your bank for you. The details of individual paying in slips are then sent to you for your information so account reconciliation can take place.
