When you take advantage of our warehousing service you have the option for the per order charge to include the fabulous 3EX.NET system. With secure access and easy to use screens you can view your sales, product and stock information live on your 3EX.NET system from anywhere in the world.

EA Fulfilment have created technology on hand-held systems to control all warehouse activity. All locations and products are barcoded and this guarantees high level stock accuracy in all activities. Stock at Goods Inwards is scanned and inspected and then put away into predefined locations using our Pocket 3EX.NET system.

We operate with all the accepted best practices in warehouse management. As a general rule the picking process follows "least walk" trolley picking method. Volumetrics and other idiosyncrasies will dictate stocking, picking and packing procedures, adopting best practice, together with the latest technology will ensure that we meet the demand of your customer.

Pocket 3EX.NET

Pocket 3EX.NET technology is cutting edge software developed, used in-house, and sold by Exact Abacus Ltd and looks after all other aspects of warehouse management including replenishment, stocktake, movements and adjustments. With technology speeding up all activities, whilst ensuring complete accuracy, there are significant savings in personnel, as much as 60% less than conventional fulfilment and this makes Exact Abacus Fulfilment Services the most cost effective as well as the most accurate.

Pick and Pack

Picking of orders is controlled by Pocket 3EX.NET and it is not possible to legitimately pick an incorrect item. Packing is also controlled by barcode and again guaranteed to be accurate, ensuring that your customers receive exactly what they have ordered.

Goods Inwards, Put Away and Replenishment

Purchase Orders are booked in and put away on the Pocket 3EX.NET system. Our system will automatically recommend pick and bulk locations to consolidate stock, as well as release back orders. This same system also allows stock to be moved by item or pallet accurately and within seconds. Replenishments can be bullk to pick, or bulk/pick to retail shop.

Container Handling

Time is money where Containers are concerned; Customs handling of import freight can, on occasion, delay the release date of your stock, which has a knock on effect with your customers and their orders, so the last thing you need is a delay at the Warehouse.

It's imperative that your stock is turned around as fast and as accurately as possible. Rest asssured our Goods-in Team understands our Clients needs and turn around Containers quickly and efficiently. All our warehouse teams are fully trained in every area of our operation so it's not a problem to move staff to a different areas to compensate.

Stock Takes

We usually recommend that one full stock take is carried out per year. Our stock management team spot check products and locations on a regular basis and the Pocket 3EX.NET system ensures that stocking levels are accurate.

Date Sensitive Stock

Stock accuracy is obviously important and so is the product itself. We are experienced in the management of date sensitive stock such as seasonal clothing, toiletries and medicinal products. As well as software reporting, regular manual checks are carried out.
